Train to Self-Rescue is designed for everyday civilians who want to feel more confident, prepared, and aware in real-world situations. Training focuses on practical safety, decision-making under stress, and basic self-defense skills — taught in a controlled, supportive environment. This program builds a strong foundation before any advanced or professional-level training.

For licensed or aspiring security officers, a separate $60/month membership includes firearms requalification, 32 hours of required training, and the same self-rescue-based curriculum delivered in a self-paced format.
